Hall Specifications

Our Hall can accommodate a maximum of 161 seated guests and 329 standing guests, as specified by the Fire Chief's Occupancy Permit.

When you rent the Main Hall, you also gain access to kitchen facilities, tables and chairs, a wrap-around patio and deck, a podium with a microphone, a projection screen, and wireless internet. Additionally, a BBQ is available for a usage fee of $50.

To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days before a wedding and 30 days before smaller events like birthday parties. A damage deposit must be submitted 48 hours before the rental, unless stated otherwise.

Please note that all alcohol must be purchased through the Bauline Community Center Bar.

Catering arrangements are the responsibility of the renter.

Basic Package

$35 / Hour

  • Hall Rental Fees for Main Hall – $35.00 per hour.
  • Bar available upon request. Discuss at booking.
  • $200.00 Damage Deposit (non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours).
  • Mandatory Cleaning Fee of $150 due to Covid 19.
  • Great for Birthday Parties, Wedding & Baby Showers.

Half-Day Package

$35 / Hour

  • Hall Rental Fees for Main Hall – $35.00 per hour.
  • Bar available upon request. Discuss at booking.
  • $200.00 Damage Deposit (non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours).
  • Mandatory Cleaning Fee of $150 due to Covid 19.
  • Great for Birthday Parties, Wedding & Baby Showers.

Ultimate Wedding Package

$35 / Hour

  • Access to main hall day of wedding from 8am, to 1am the following morning.
  • An additional $50.00 is charged for access to all electronic equipment, screen, projector, and sound system.
  • Tables, chairs and use of kitchen.
  • Bar open (beer/drinks $4.25 subject to change).
  • Wedding officiant may be available upon request.
  • Head Table Stage $75.00.
  • $35.00 per hour for any additional hours needed.
  • Mandatory Cleaning Fee of $150 due to Covid 19.
