Hall Specifications

Our Hall can accommodate a maximum of 161 seated guests and 329 standing guests, as specified by the Fire Chief's Occupancy Permit.

When you rent the Main Hall, you also gain access to kitchen facilities, tables and chairs, a wrap-around patio and deck, a podium with a microphone, a projection screen, and wireless internet.

Additionally, a BBQ is available for a usage fee of $50.

To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days before a wedding and 30 days before smaller events like birthday parties.

A damage deposit must be submitted 48 hours before the rental, unless stated otherwise.

Please note that all alcohol must be purchased through the Bauline Community Center Bar.

Catering arrangements are the responsibility of the renter.

  • Hall rental: 8:00 AM–1:00 AM (next day).
  • Tables, chairs, and kitchen access.
  • Cash bar available (drinks from $4.25) subject to change.
  • Wedding officiant available upon request.

additional fees:

  • A/V package (projector, screen & sound): $50.
  • Head table stage: $75.
  • Additional rental time: $35/hour.
  • Cleaning fee: $150.
