Hall Specifications
Maximum Capacity: 161 Seated, 329 Standing (by order of the Fire Chief Occupancy Permit).
Available payment options are: Cash, Cheque or an EMT to the treasurercc@townofbauline.ca .
All Rentals for Main Hall include the use of kitchen facilities, tables and chairs, wrap around patio and deck, podium and microphone, projection screen, wireless internet. BBQ which is available for a $50 usage fee.
50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking. The remainder is due 60 days prior to a wedding and 30 days for smaller events such as birthday parties. The damage deposit is due 48 hours prior to0 the rental, unless otherwise noted.
All alcohol must be purchased through the Bauline Community Center Bar.
Catering is the responsibility of the renter.

Basic Rental Package
- Hall Rental Fees for Main Hall – $35.00 per hour.
- Bar may be available upon request. Please discuss at booking
- $200.00 Damage Deposit (is non-refundable if the rental is cancelled within 48 hours)
- Mandatory Cleaning Fee of $150 due to Covid 19.

Half Day Rental Package
- Hall Rental Fees for Main Hall – $35.00 per hour.

Wedding/Bar Rental Package
- Access to main hall day of the wedding from 8am, to 1am the following morning.
- An additional $50.00 is charged for access to all electronic equipment, screen, projector, and sound system.
- Tables, chairs and use of kitchen.
- Bar open (beer/drinks $4.25 subject to change).

- Head Table Stage $75.00.
- $35.00 per hour for any additional hours needed.
